Cervia gives the lovers of canoeing the possibility to explore fascinating itineraries and to take part in exciting excursions.
The tributary channel which crosses the local pinewood forest leads to the sea passing through thick woods and flowing under 4 bridges before reaching a thriving productive area. Tourists will have the opportunity to admire the surrounding north western channels. Those who have a binoculars will have the possibility to admire rare species of animals and plants.
Not to be missed is the tour of the salt pans (total length: 20 kilometres). Skilled guides will accompany tourists along a 6-kilometre-long itinerary which can be covered in 3 hours.

Another interesting itinerary leads beginners to the local salt pans passing through the local pinewood forest and under four bridges before reaching the Church of Madonna del Pino. Maximum water depth: one metre. The itinerary ends upon the boundary of Vallone and Bottone salt pans.
